a corrupted file

Woohoo, the file info finally made it. Way way back in July when we accepted the referral, we had asked some questions. In August, an email came in but the file was corrupted and no one could read the information. So finally today our agency received an email from the in country staff of what it said. We learned that the foster parents that originally had both boys needed to split them up because it was too much. I'm not sure how old they are, but it said as Jovi grew he became too much for them to take care of. In my mind, this made me picture a small elephant. Now I'm really wondering what size he is! As of May, the boys are in separate foster homes, but that's okay as they should both be getting lots of hugs.
