It occurred to me yesterday that I no longer could track the length since we got the boys by weeks. I have no idea how long it's been but would guess it's been 15 weeks. Now let me count to see if I'm right....Ha! 16w 3d. Close, but no cigar.

That is one of the things I love about adoption. Time marches on and at some point you can't remember yesterday. So much fades. Memory is replaced with current feelings and thoughts. And the heart strings grow stronger. At some point you find your family beating together. In one rhythm. Pulsing strong. Flowing good. With all the intricacies only a heart can be.

It is a wonderful feeling to get to the point where you don't remember the wait and the migration of the two worlds coming together! They now just ARE and THAT is a blessing!!
