I bet you thought this was going to be a different kind of post, didn't you. =)

John and I were up late as usual and I decided to create some fun for our cats. Furby is the black/white one, and Athena is the tortoise colored one.

We've had an unhealthy dose of crickets being born. They are not my favorite bug by a long shot, but I tolerate them better than flies. They are tiny enough to crawl under the garage door and right into the main room that we live in. So I captured one underneath one of the lego buckets. It was really funny watching the cats be so enraptured, but sadly Athena knocked the bucket over in just a few minutes and the cricket met a more untimely death at the paw of Furby.
